Je viens de prendre l’abonnement mensuel avec l’essai de 7 jours. Je suis particulièrement intéressée par la méditation mais c’est tout en anglais, je souhaite savoir comment faire le paramétrer pour mettre en Français s’il vous plaît si c’est possible?

Can’t pick a program without the following message « Oh no ! Something went wrong. »
With the price, we should have the option to send the video to the tv with chromecast or another way. Like that I dont need to use binoculars to see the video.
I choosed for 1 year, and I asked myself if the payment is every month or only one time for the year?
Too bad there’s not a french version
And also for every program an adapt nutrition cause you don’t eat the same for cette application unleash and the muscle built program
C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une version française pour les vidéos car c’est compliqué pendant l’effort de faire un effort de traduire ce qu’il se dit. Également , un programme de nutrition compris dans chaque programme car , on ne mange pas pareil pour cette application unleash et le programme de construction de muscle
Really nice app, nice workout, but for people like me who don’t eat carbs and sugar (keto eater), meal prep plan is useless. Hope there is more to come
I’ve bought the one year prog and I’m very happy .
I used to do crossfit and when you can’t go to the gym or don’t have the material you can train hard with Chris’s coaches .
But …
I have two things to say about it :
First, When you listen to your own music ( Apple Music for me) … you can’t hear the countdown, the sound level of the “bip” is too low and we can’t manage the sound level .
Second, the watch app is not very useful at the moment .
The heart rate doesn’t work( Apple Watch Series 3 ) the app is not linked to Apple health or exercise app .
When you start a HIIT/HIRT it will be great to switch automatically in water mode to lock the buttons .
Centr est au top, peut être un peu cher pour certain (27€ le mois), mais elle est très complète : yoga, médiation, cours de sport (box,mma,corde à sauter...), programme sportif, mais aussi des centaines de recette complète. Un planning journalier vous est fait par Centr avec alimentation sport, et détente. Centr propose même des articles en genre : quel lait choisir, comment perdre de la graisse.... Par contre, celle ci n’est disponible qu’en anglais, cela peut être une barrière pour certain ou alors, un moyen d’améliorer sa langue ! Je recommande fortement !

Before cette application, I used to work out everyday but Centrfit help me to understand better how powerful (mentally and physically) I could be. I would recommend this app to anyone no matter if you do it not work out.

Very good application, I really like to put training on TV to motivate myself and it works! For the moment satisfied just being French and not speaking well English is sometimes complicated.. is there an update with a French translation planned? If so it would be really great
I discovered this app during lockdown, as I can’t go to my Muay Thai classes anymore, and it is absolutely the best app ever made.
It combines everything you need, great workouts with great teachers, all with different approaches (pilates, yoga, mma, cardio-boxing, hiit...). It includes delicious and healthy recipes, and also a meditation section.
It suites my goals, thanks for making this app.

Profitant du confinement, je suis tombé sur Centr.
Très bonne surprise car elle est complète, intuitive et bien pensée.
Les coachs sont top et il est possible de choisir le coach avec qui on veut s’entraîner.
Les menus sont faciles à faire et en plus très bons.
Possibilité de choisir son régime alimentaire donc très pratique pour les personnes ayant des intolérances.
Seul tout petit bémol : À quand une version en français ??
De loin la meilleure application et j’en ai testé un bon paquet.
