Crashes after a couple of seconds

I am so disappointed.
I been using Criptext for a while now and since the march (I guess) update, my app keeps crashing all the time after a couple of seconds. I try to contact the support but never got a reply from them.
It happens in 100% of the time.
I have to right emails in notes then copy/paste them and save the draft, and do that quickly enough before it crashes.
Also, crashes happen when I try to sync my email DB on my laptop, hence I can’t install my account on my laptop.
Your concept is awesome and unique. Please help be happy user again.
