I registered for the application twice since the first Time i couldn’t login and never received an e-mail to confirm this - they refuse to refund despite the fact that i requested them to verify if I was already registered to which they responded to login if not the account had not been validated.
Today because i chose a yearly plan they refuse to refund despite me having paid twice - ridiculous and unprofessional. After having requested the refund and given the e-mails for my accounts they blocked me and i no longer have access. The person in charge of my case was Amanda - ahora sent me off in a last email with a you have been mean and vulgar good-bye! Today I have paid over 330€ and have no access to my accounts - this is completely unacceptable

I thought with the information I had online that I could choose between monthly pay for one year subscription or pay once for a year and pass from monthly to one payment .
I didn’t receive any confirmation email for this and quit the program in between because of personal problems . Then one year later I ave been charged for one more year . As I called to explain this was a mistake someone said they ll call me back but nothing . Also nobody answered my multiples email . For me this is a fraud . Forget about it ...

There is no way that you can cancel your subscription online they give you a number that no one answers. Only way to stop it cancel your vise card!!! What a scammers they should be removed from Apple App!!!
