9 out of 10 times, when I try to rotate my phone in order to have the video on full screen, the app crashes and suddenly exits.

Also, it is impossible to download all videos of a course at once : it displays an error saying that XYZ Go are required and the phone only have XYZ Go left. When downloaded one by one, it works.

Happy to revert back the bad review once this is solved. Appart from that, quality content. The improbable user experience makes it tricky.

Downloaded videos cannot be saved. After downloading the courses to watch offline, if we close the application and turn it on again, all downloads will disappear. It’s a bit frustrating because I cannot use the application when travelling, and that’s the best moment for me to watch the videos. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, empty the cache, and downloaded again, but same result unfortunately.

I highly recommend the app. It’s very useful when you are on the public transports. I often use it in that situation.

Hi ACG team,

The app si great, but I have an issue while casting from my iPhone (11) to my Google Chromecast. The videos is running on Chromecast but still also run on my iPhone and have sound of the video on both equipements

Nice app.
I could migrate my course from Udemy on cloud guru website.
When I am watching a course on iPad full screen and switch back to portrait mode, the video restarts.
I would love an Apple TV version too. I got addicted to it in Udemy.
