I did not receive my delivery on the scheduled day and time, so if you move and order a lot of items from them you are in trouble. They don’t care.
They withdraws the money quickly but for the rest they are unable to offer solutions. I keep calling, I've been waiting for my order for over a week, no concrete answer as to when I will receive it. the stress I have is enormous, I have to sleep on the floor, I ordered all my supplies from them and I'm moving soon. I have no solution.

When the deduct money without processing the order when their system is down ! they don’t refund and they ask you to deal with your bank ! And for the bank the commercial site revived the money ! Client service is useless they never answer and communication is completely absent !
