J’ai commandé un cosplay sur Miccostumes, il n’est jamais arriver, cela fait un mois. J’ai contacté le service client, ils ne jamais répondu, jusqu’au jour où j’ouvre un litige auprès de paypal, la j’ai enfin une réponse. Il m’ont répondu que mon article a été envoyer mais pas à la bonne adresse, alors que j’ai vérifié le pays de destination, c’était bien écrit « Europe », ils l’ont envoyer au état unis .... Je souhaite avoir un remboursement, mais après une semaine, je n’ai jamais rien eu de réponse !! Donc, aucunes informations concernant l’envoi, le remboursement, et si ils ont par malheur vous avez payer en carte bancaire et pas par paypal. Vous êtes bien fait avoir !!! Site arnaque, à fuir !!
