EnBW mobility E Auto laden Avis

The application is very user friendly and accessible, the connection can usually be established in a second. I use it every week so I have chose one tariff.
Recently (since last week), I keep receiving “network error “ message, with no functionality works any more: can not login, can not charge, can not locate station etc.
Could you please help me fix it?

Reliable, but expensive! No activation fees. Char support is fast. Unfortunately, for old stations Wallet RFID is not possible — you must order a plastic charging card (with fee). Overall: a solid 3/5. edit: I removed 1 star because flat kWh pricing has now changed. This used to be the strong point of this access provider: charge anywhere at flat rate, wherever the card is accepted. At present, operators set their own price — which can be as high as 0.89€ per 1kWh. That is really expensive! And the hassle to open the app and check each plug’s price is a clear downgrade from the previous experience with enBW.

Expensive but reliable.
Particularly, the flat-fee based on real energy consumption for all chargers is useful. There are no activation fees. Support is near-instant in message responses. There is an option to order a charge card (but no keychain/keyfob). Overall a solid 5/5.
