Très bonne application

Présentation simple et claire. Détection du sommeil fiable. J’apprécie que l’application interroge quelle a été mon ressenti du sommeil (reposé un peu, pas du tout ou complètement) et exploite cette information (indications et conseils sur la tendance de mon sommeil qui encouragent à avoir un sommeil régulier et suffisant). Les quelques erreurs de détection de sommeil sont rares et sont très faciles à corriger. Les plages horaires on l’on ne dormait pas sont très bien identifiés et on peut les supprimer d’un simple balayage. Bref une appli qui fait sont job et qui ne nécessite pas qu’on s’en occupe ou qu’on aille fouiller les données pour en extraire l’essentiel. Parfait, exception faite de l’absence du français.

Très bien faite et pratique à utiliser

Belle interface, simple, efficace. La seule contrainte est de penser à recharger son Apple Watch "lorsqu'on en a l'occasion", par exemple pendant la douche ou si vous lisez un peu avant de dormir. Il suffit de quelques minutes pour la faire revenir à un bon niveau de charge. Ensuite l'app fait le reste... un petit détail, si vous allez au ciné à la dernière séance, l'app peut interpréter ça comme une période de sommeil 😄. Mais il est très facile de vérifier les périodes de sommeil détectées ensuite.
