Virtual Urgent Care: For non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries, access Virtual Urgent Care which connects you with one of our Emergency or Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians through a live video chat 7 days a week. The NYP Connect app offers a suite of digital services that turn your mobile device into New York's #1 hospital. With a built-in hospital guide for all NewYork-Presbyterian locations, you will always have our important phone numbers, transportation guides, and patient guides readily available to you. Adult services are available in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM midnight, with Pediatric services (individuals under 18 years of age) available in New York and New Jersey from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM midnight. Use the Wayfinding feature to navigate within the hospital to points of interest such as Clinical Departments, Cafes, Patient Services, and more. Hospital Services: Use the NYP Connect app to enhance your visit or stay at any NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Patient Portal: Easily access your medical records, contact with your healthcare provider, request a prescription, and more.
