Utterly Disappointed...

Hello,
I was looking forward to watch so many classes and was truly eager to spend most of my time on it, but unfortunately, It’s not synchronized at all. As you watch it, the image won’t follow the script, the script won’t follow the subtitles, and the latter won’t follow the image...
On top of that, I thought that the problem was only one you could encounter on the app, so I decided to watch these educational documentaries on the website itself. As you can probably imagine, the problem remained present.
All of this to say, it could have been a magical, educating, engrossing, and obsessional journey, but I’m afraid the quality doesn’t meet my standards...
I really hope that technical failure is to be fixed in the shortest possible time.
