The service is a very good idea but the app is changing all the time, now spontaneously a lot of restaurants are missing. Before 4 times more restaurants were available and with the last update the restaurants are not longer there to select. As well if you order something the selection of the same dish is changing all the time and forces you to select an ingredient you don’t wanted in this way.
To include a credit card was not working because the digits were not able to fill in the Formular, writing to the rappi support changes nothing.
The iPhone 8 is getting hot by using the app and the battery is getting empty in only 1h by using the rappi app.
A general rappi support email or telephone nummer is missing to report issues with the app!!!

My iPhone has English as default language also the setting in the app is English. Nevertheless huge parts of the app and also the emails are in Portuguese what I don’t understand. I expect form an app they are listing English as an language that this app and the emails are fully translated to English...

If you are charging a service fee plus a delivery fee it is your obligation to pay riders well and don’t transfer that responsibility to the costumers.
