I REALLY want to order something from Sézane tonight, but my app just won’t work. In the past, my problem was that it always signed me out when I was logged in. Now, it won’t even open: it just crashes every time I try to open it. I’m beyond disappointed.
Cant change country. Only prompts for uk, guernsey and jersey. Ive an account and ordered before to germany. The order shows in the app but instead of germany it says was delivered to the uk. Umm no.
... why do I have to register before I can even see the lookbook?! And how do I purchase something through the app when I can't put items in the basket? And why am I directed to the lookbook, despite pressing on the clothing categories? And why does it come up with a "nothing found" message when I search for "jumper"? I'll try again on my computer because the clothes look great but the app is rubbish...
... there is a basket but I there is no possibility to put something in there. I just can see the lookbook :-((( Really annoying!
It’s not possible to add item to the favorites or to set the notification when the size is back. Webpage “delivery and returns” gives an error. Webpage “behind the label” does not exist anymore. Sometimes there is no translation from French to English. I am still struggling to find the size chart in app, maybe it’s not possible at all? Before I also had a problem with signing in. In general - super nice brand with such incomplete application… 😔
Clicking on an item in your cart doesn’t lead you back to that item, you need to search it again.
Just one example for the app, which shows it needs some approval.

Bei der Marke bin ich mir sicher, dass ich die Kleidung sehr gerne mag,bei SezaneModeLederwarenApp bin ich mir ebenfalls sicher, dass ich sie nicht mag!!!!
Insgesamt alles unausgereift und funktioniert nur sehr träge.Leider ist auch keine Landesauswahl verfügbar und somit auch nicht die entsprechende Sprache.Das geht nach dem heutigen Stand doch deutlich professioneller!!!!
I like shopping there. It works and is really convenient. Just a little tip. I know the pictures of the clothes are very artsy but it would be helpful to have a still picture of the stuff instead of styled versions of it. For example a blouse. But you can not really see it because it is worn under a jumper etc
