Aer Lingus Erfahrungen und Bewertung

In the app I‘m told I have to check in on the website. On the website they keep redirecting me to a popup which tells me to use the app. Thus, it is not possible to check in via phone. Very unfortunate, as on vacation you don‘t usually take your laptop.

Since last week i cannot login to my account on the app! I have deleted and reinstalled the app since but nothing has changed! Even the update hasn’t changed anything. Not good enough please fix it!

Was excited to use Apple Pay over the app but then sadly the multi city booking option is not available on this app! Why??!!! :(

I cant log in. Email and password is correct, i can log in via homepage but with the app an error is shown „we cannot process your request at the moment. Please try again later“.
Please fix that

And the you're asked to review the app? C'mon 2 minute objective on the website turns into a 20 app install on slow gsm connection, gimme a break

App no longer works on my IPhone SE!! Well done Aer Lingus are you trying to send your potential passengers to Ryan Air????

Since the last update the App doesn’t open anymore.

Can‘t Login to view my bookings etc. Needs a fix!!

The app doesn’t open up. It’s very frustrating!! It used to work perfectly. I really liked it, but now I can only see a green page with the logo and that’s it. Can you please finally fix it. Even the updates don’t help!!!

It's now possible to check in with the app and store a boarding pass in passbook. And the app is much more useable in general.

Unfortunately the info displayed on the passbook lockscreen is wrong and / or misleading. Firstly, if you go 'boarding time' you'll miss your flight because it's actually the time boarding closes.
Secondly, and worse: if you're traveling to mainland Europe Aer Lingus seems to change the time in the lock screen and all times are one hour late on the lock screen.

Don't rely on this for reliable info.

"Multi-City bookings can only be managed online"... ... now that Aer Lingus has a decent app, I would have thought that it can handle most basic tasks like mobile/online check-in, get your boarding pass for Wallet etc. - but no, it's not possible in the app. Seriously, what??

Can't export 2nd ticket to wallet. 1st ticket success, 2nd ticket "for input string POOLED" error.

App looks great and work fast. Boardcard transfer to wallet doesnt work.

I've never had such a great flight. Both flights were more than on time and the cabin crew was nice and friendly the whole time even though the plane was full.
