Die Apple Watch Unterstützung wäre richtig next level und voll praktisch, gerade auch mit dem neuen Action Button. Ein Widget für den Sperrbildschirm wäre auch schon ne Erleichterung…

Da wir JustIN für einen Hotelbetrieb verwenden, wäre es sehr wünschenswert JustIN für die iPad Modelle anzupassen um z.B ein iPad an die Wand hängen zu können.

Leider dauert das Öffnen via App viel länger als mit einer Karte.
Außerdem öffnen JustIN häufig keine zwei Türen hintereinander (z.B. Flur dann Wohnung) in kurzer Zeit, wenn die zweite Tür nahe der Ersten ist. Drückt man erneut auf Öffnen, öffnet sich immer wieder nur die erste Tür.

App funktioniert jedoch gibt es aus meiner Sicht folgendes Verbesserungspotential:
- App beendet jedes mal die Musikwiedergabe beim Verbinden mit dem Türschloss (Auch bei Kabelgebundenenkopfhörern)
- App sollte Liste mit Türschlössern in der Nähe anzeigen wenn mehrere vorhanden sind (schon oft hat mir JustIN die falsche Türe geöffnet)
- Ich weiss Apple hat NFC noch nicht weit genug geöffnet um das Schloss wirklich zu öffnen aber NFC zum Finden des Türschlosses wäre nicht schlecht damit das Finden schneller geht
- Türschloss sollte zusätzlich als iBeacon fungieren. Immer wenn ein Schloss (iBeacon) in der Nähe ist sollte eine Push-Notification erscheinen und mit dem Swipe wird dann JustIN gestartet und die Türe aufgeschlossen.
Würde mich freuen ein paar der Features nach dem nächsten Update nutzen zu können.

JustIN und das diese App Mobile System sind sehr praktisch.
ABER:
1) Seit Monaten funktioniert die Widgetfunktion nicht
2) bis wann kommt eine Unterstützung für die Apple Watch?
3) Die Erneuerung der Mediengültigkeit bei diese App Mobile erfolgt nach 7 Tagen um 23:59. Kann die Erneuerung nicht erfolgen, da es ein technisches Problem gibt oder das Gerät/System offline ist, kommt der Hotelgast nachts nicht in sein Zimmer. Hier wäre es schön wenn es eine Vorlaufzeit für die Mediengültigkeit gäbe, damit es nicht zu solchen Problemen kommt.
Wenn diese Punkte umgesetzt sind, dann wäre auch eine 5-Sterne Bewertung möglich.

JustIN funktioniert auf dem handy einwandfrei. Ich würde mir aber eine App für die Apple Watch wünschen!

I just started using the app and I do like it, however, opening doors using the widget seems to be possible without the phone being unlocked.
Would it be possible to either authenticate the user before opening the door (e.g. FaceID as with the wallet), or putting the widget on the home screen (i.e., not the leftmost “widget screen”)?

Wollte meine Handynummer und auch die von
meiner Freundin registrieren, da wir JustIN für ein Hotelaufenthalt benötigen.
Beide Handynummern nicht zu registrieren wegen einem Fehler. Betrifft iPhone 11 und 14.
So werden wir das Hotel wieder stornieren.

We contacted the support several times, but no one wanted to take our problem serious.
We are getting many complaints (last week 3 times) because of the date of revalidation of key expiration. Guests who booked longer then 7 days are writing us messages because they think that we made a mistake by giving them a too short user expiration. The support told us that the revalidation of key expiration should be done automatically every 24 hours. But the truth is that the revalidation is done by the app on the last day. That leads to the problem that the guest can’t update the key expiration, when he does not have an Internet connection on this day. This should be fixed ASAP because we don’t want to invest so many hours of our valuable time. These are costs which are avoidable!

The app is totally working fine the way it is supposed to. You open the app and can unlock your room. Unfortunately, that’s it. There seems no effort to extend the basic functionality to widgets (have been here but no longer on iOS 16) or Apple Watch support (status: „working on it“ for 2 years now). Also Apple Pay is activating itself while opening a door in 50% of the time. In school grades this would be sufficient. But it seems that there was not that much time spend to improve user experience.

In general this app works fine. I hope they change the widget to the newer ones so that I can add it to the lock screen or directly to the home screen.
