Please fix this App! The ZIIp is useless without the App! I paid 400Euro for the device!
I love the ziip device but it’s useless without the app and the app keeps crashing. Please fix this problem. It’s been over six months since this defect was first mentioned.
I am using an iPhone, iOS 14.3. The app crashes often in the middle of the sync process or when trying to start a synced treatment. Sometimes it’s impossible to sync a new treatment to the ZIIP at all. Since the ZIIP needs the app to sync a treatment it is quite annoying. Otherwise the app would be great.
