Tiring payment process
Please add PayPal for easier payments. Paying by credit card is a pain and tiring, not everybody can have a swish account

Works great
I don‘t have the problems other reviews mentioned. Worked out of the box with a German credit/debit card. I guess they fixed that problem some tine ago. Nice app, and a handy companion in Stockholm 👍

Missing one feature from the old app
I‘m really missing the overview of all the lines (the map) in the new app. I used that quite often and now it‘s not available anymore. I hope you will bring it back.

Journey plannings should be improved
I tried to plan a journey from arlanda airport to solna central. The app showed me 2,5 hours route to Nygard. Afterwards i planned the route via web site. It was more friendly. Anyway it is not possible to buy a ticket from Arlanda C to Stockholm C. Only a standard ticket for 44 sek. It would be great if you can fix it

App gets no server connection, credit card not accepted
Coming from Copenhagen with their convenient DOT App, I am very disappointed about the very low usability of the stockholm SL app. The app repeatedly had problems with server connection. Registration of several credit cards failed.

Poor service
As a foreigner / tourist you think the app would be a great idea as the website is in Swedish only.
@SL, serious, no English version?
However, the app allows you to purchase only single tickets for 45 SEK, no 24h or 72h tickets.
Besides, the very slow travel planning is crap and doesn’t show neither all routes nor the best route.

Can’t buy a ticket
This app is crap, because it uses PayEx for payment. We’ve tried four credit cards and none of them worked. Good job 👏

Server down
Server is down for long period. Can’t check schedule or buy ticket via app, let alone their website.

why dont accept paypal or EC ...
so we could not drive with ouer son because you dont exept real money too...very bad :-(

Doesn‘t work with german credit cards
Quoting sl.se FAQ: [...] If you are a resident in Sweden with a Swedish personal ID number, you can choose between paying with bank card or with Swish*. If you are a temporary visitor, you choose the bank card option. [...]
As a non-resident i tried my german credit cards. None of them worked with PayEx...
