The app crashes every 5 minutes on IOS. What is the point of having all the features if the app crashes every few minutes. If you plan on spending more than 5minutes shopping with diese App, better do it from desktop site.

I purchased a top and it doesn’t came with any brand tag, when i asked to return it the next day itself they did not accepted it as it does not have brand tag. Customer service is totally useless not understanding or helping me in the scenario. I have given evidence with brown paper cover and they are asking more evidence, what else are you expecting. If you have any evidence that it was delivered with brand tag, then you provide me to clarify this.. Mytra service is completely degraded, pathetic service and total waste of money..

diese App has very poor customer care service and the app doesn’t support many usecases. I couldn’t cancel a return request as they have selected wrong pickup address (the request was made thru their ticketing system as my first pickup request got cancelled due to multiple pickup attempts, even though I had voluntarily informed my availability to pickup well in advance.! They have no mechanism to inform this to the pickup team! The app has also no option to change the pickup address/ contact the pickup team.!

diese App has good products but every products delivery time is too late.
We are living in a time where a delivery is expected within a week but diese App’s delivery takes 2-3 weeks.
diese App you have to improve your supply chain management and bring down your delivery time.

Personalized items cannot be easily searched on the app and not much options available.

The interface on the home page could be better. But, overall really like the shopping experience.

User interface is best for shopping and all products are original products and return is very fast

Ordering from diese App has almost always been a great experience. The quality of the items is to expectations & it is my most favourite app to make purchases from!

diese App offers a wide range of products which are reasonably priced. Ots a pleasure buying from their site.

I love shopping with diese App.. lot of options and good quality products.. but I am facing issues with last few orders .. either wrong product is delivered or description mentioned is wrong in terms of detailing with size. Also would appreciate if you add one feature to the app to create lists within wishlist. Meaning if I have wishlisted some products for myself and my mom when I want to separate them as per profile.
