Doesn’t work most of the time, I uninstall and reinstall several times a day to watch something . Poorest quality ever

It is an absolute disaster! One can not watch a single Episode without 100 stops and various inapplicable errors! Even though we paid for a subscription!

Very annoying when most of the time the screen mirroring does not work, also several times I had to close the app and open it again to load the episodes

For some reason in the new update, the button for screen sharing / chromecast broadcast / airplay has disappeared and there is no way to broadcast the app with a TV, you can only watch it through the phone screen!

لا يوجد احترام لوقت المشاهد ..عدم عرض الحلقات بوقتها و التأخير دائما في عرض المحتوى عوضاً عن التعليق في البرنامج ..لا انصح ب تحميله
I don’t recommend this app , actully they don’t respect the watcher time and the didn’t upload the episodes at the time , on the others side there is a lot lagging in the app

Only 2 or 3 silly series for free and they have only 30 series on this program and you will not like even 10 from them 😂. Pay for Netflix much better. Nothing to compare.

Update: one star less for not allowing to watch multiple episodes of a series in one session. Seriously frustrating!

The quality of the App is not in par with what other streaming services are offering. For a service WITH subscription (which i did) you should invest more into making a better experience for the user.

video quality is too bad and not even visible on iPad but it is perfect on iPhone on the same wifi network.
had to watch on smaller screen because of this bug 😢

Paid twice for SHAHID PLUS but it is not working on any device!

The app has so many bugs that sometime I regret to watch on this app. Please fix it

With Vip we can see the series only next day or too late !!! On Air channels can see the episode before Shahid vip ?!!!!!!

App is amazing but I would like to have more movies/shows translated on English . My husband is Egyptian and we love to watch Arabic shows but it’s hard for me without translation.

The app doesn’t work at all

I registered with it and paid with itunes and not activated !!!!! So bad experience

No AirPlay, no Apple TV support, nothing from essential features of any streaming app.

No Airplay, no app for Apple Tv. Very limited streaming options! This is a very bad product/application.

streaming feature is not there anymore !! the casting feature that was supported has stopped being displayed so now am not able to use the app with chromecast
