Ridiculously unfriendly app, quite obviously developed to tick a box ("Yes, we have an app!") without any attention to detail or a desire to create a pleasant, or at least usable, experience.
E.g.: I'm going through old conversations to find patterns. Every time I switch to a different app and switch back, the app re-initializes. It takes about half a minute until the list of conversations populates again from scratch, and of course it jumps to the top.
Installed, used, got sad, deleted.
Intercom, you must really do a better job here.
Unfortunately the sign-up doesn't work for me. Yet only sign-up through Google is offered. And then even this does not work. Please make available a working login without Google.
Can’t sign in! Tried a couple of times, same message keeps popping out: “you were succesfully signed in, but there was a trouble contacting intercom”
