I found it unnecessary expensive

Very disappointed. The AI always praises me for speaking like a native speaker - even if I say something completely wrong on purpose. How am I supposed to learn pronunciation without getting reliable feedback? I want to get better and not be showered with false praise.

Ich wollte KISprachenlernen testen, man kann jedoch nur eine einzige Lektion mit maximal 5 Minuten machen. Die AI war gut verständlich und hat gut auf und sinnvoll auf meine Worte reagiert. Es wird auch transkribiert. Leider wurden Sprachfehler meinerseits aber nicht korrigiert. Sie wurden einfach transkribiert, wie ich sie gesprochen habe. Dadurch ergibt sich kein Lerneffekt. Wenn man KISprachenlernen mehr testen könnte würde ich sie vielleicht kaufen. Aber einfach so werde ich keine 100 Euro für ein Jahresabo ausgeben… Schade…

The time for practice is only 5 minutes and this is so frustrating and annoying…. When you want learn more about something you can’t because the time is over and you can’t learn more about the lessons this is really so annoying and frustrating and for this I paid $100………😡😡😡😡😡

The app itself has a great concept and it does work well but many times the ai shows a different sentence than what it wants to hear from you, labeling it as wront afterwards. By this you can never be sure that it actually means whats said :’)
Needs polishing and shouldnt be the only medium to use to learn languages but more of a support to help you on the side. Otherwise good app

I used to use ChatGPT for the same practice routine in my language learning journey. What makes Pingo AI so comfortable is that you don’t have to write all you instructions beforehand and you have one space where you can also track your language learning over time.

Two points are missing for me right now, that I have done with ChatGPT that Pingo isn‘t doing (as for now)

1) Feedback on my accent (really important for language learning imo)

2) I habe chosen Spanish as a language. I would love to choose which Spanish, because of vocabulary and accent (for example Argentinien Spanish is different to Spanish from Spain)

(Also, I think the app would profit if it would be possible to test the pro Version for two weeks)

I absolutely love your app. With the AI I don’t feel stupid trying the languages. I would however love a translator for me to quickly look up words. Maybe another great feature would be a vocabulary trainer for words learned while taking? Great job !
