The game was sold some time ago to a new owner. Some user accounts were not transferred correctly from the old owner to the new owner. Neither support feels that it their job to make sure that someone who bought the game from the old owner can still play. One especially humorous member of the current support team suggested I should just enter the game and talk with Support when I am logged in. Funny how this works. Suggesting "Just login" when the problem is that I cannot login. But I found a solution that works for me: I just will not buy anything from either company in the future. Problem solved.

Installed new App. No support button or transfer option in Option menu on the start page.

To many taps needed for every little imaginable content. From endless dialogue to micro rewards in 10 different sub menus. Story and combat seems interesting but all that tapping is really tiresome

Really used to play this game a lot and it made a lot of fun. Stoped some time ago and wanted to play again. But now my account is gone.

Ein Muss für alle JRPG Fans. Vorallem wenn man schon die Teile 1 & 2 kennt und Fan der Reihe ist. Aber auch an alle die die Hauptspiele nicht kennen. Es macht sehr viel Spaß, das Gameplay macht süchtig. Die Grafik und der Artstyle sind eine tolle Mischung aus old school und modern. Sieht alles sehr schön aus und die Charaktere sind auch super. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Spiel.
