I booked trains and diese App charges 50% more for the same train ticket at the same time than comparable providers, such surcharges are simply outrageous.
App crashes when I want to check out and select Germany for my Phone number. Payment and check out not possible.
In Korea, the train tickets have the double price on rail.ninja in comparison to buying them directly at the station. I ordered a Seoul to Busan for 66 euros, the real price of the ticket was 37 euros. I would expect something slightly more expensive on rail.ninja … but not the double ! Furthermore, they bought the Koreantrail.com domain name… but rail.ninja is not official seller of Korea railroads !
