This bank is fraud. They took money from me and notified me that the money was sent. My family still did not receive the money. This is ridiculous. When i asked the service center about the issue they didnt respond well. Now they want my recipient bank statement as if I am telling a lie. Please whoever is thinking to use their service do not opt. Please. This company should be shut down. Worst experience ever. I repeat this company should shut itself down.

I am just doing a regular transfer which I did with other app in couple of minutes. This app comes with payment failed every time I try. Only reason I was trying multiple times because their rates good but what’s the use of it if payment can’t go through.

Please don’t opt this app. It’s been 5 days and my amount has not been transferred and at the end they cancelled my transfer my showing silly reasons. I don’t know how long it will take to credit the amount back to my account.
