I subscribed for a trial that was still ongoing when I received a 50% discount on a yearly membership. I bought the membership with discount, assuming that my trial would become a membership. This wasn’t the case, meaning that I now have 2 yearly memberships in parallel as I didn’t „quit“ my trial. I wrote to the customer service weeks ago, but until today no reply nor a refund.
Ausnahmslos nur Dinge die man bereits in seiner Schulzeit gelernt haben sollte und die zum Allgemeinwissen gehören. Sehr unbefriedigend 🫥
Vorweg nirgendwo ein Hinweis, dass Nibble zwingend ein teures Abo verlangt. Äußerst unseriös!
Ich bin darauf reingefallen. Habe das 3 Monate Angebot gekauft, und dann sind ganz still und heimlich noch zwei weitere Abbuchungen erfolgt (9,99€ und 19,99€).
Wie zu befürchten war, reagiert niemand auf meine email. Also, lieber die Finger weg.

Erst muss man ewig lange Fragen beantworten, um dann zu merken, dass man Nibble nur testen kann wenn man ins Abo einsteigt.
Ein kleiner Hinweis am Anfang wäre schön gewesen oder so etwas wie 1 Quiz am Tag kostenlos..
The app does not meet the promises of the advertising at all. The content is very trivial and did not bring any added value for me.
Beyond that, the subscription is being extended without warning and cancellation is not user friendly at all.
Don’t subscribe in this app. I subscribed for one month to test the app. But the subscription is renewing itself since then. I still cant stop the subscription because it doesnt appear in my app store subscriptions. I contacted the support of the app and no answer. I even contacted apple to stop this app! This app should be banned from the app store!!!!

Die „App“ sammelt nur Daten und versucht einem ein Abo aufzudrängen. 0,0 Funktionalität ohne Abo. Vorher werden über 20 Seiten lang Daten zu Lernvorlieben abgefragt - und dann bekommt man … nichts.
Ohne Abo ist Nibble nutzlos. Man kann nicht auf ein einziges Tool zugreifen. Zudem muss man vorab 27 Fragen beantworten, die völlig sinnbefreit sind, wenn man danach nichts ausprobieren kann ohne Abo. Pure Abzocke.
They basically ask you a lot of questions, make you create an account and probably steal your data and only then are you told that using the app is 40€ for 3 months.
Man kann Nibble nicht kostenlos testen. Sobald man die 30 Fragen beantwortet hat wird man direkt dazu aufgefordert, ein Abonnement abzuschließen, ohne Nibble vorher testen zu können. Unglaublich. Mittlerweile hat jede App so etwas.

Ich möchte meine Erfahrungen mit der GTHW-App teilen, um andere Nutzer zu warnen.
Trotz der hohen Grundgebühr von 11,99€ wurde mir durch einen Fehlklick zusätzlich 19,99€ abgebucht.
Meine Versuche, diesen Kauf zu stornieren, waren erfolglos, obwohl ich noch innerhalb der gesetzlichen Rückgabefrist in Deutschland war. Der Kundenservice berief sich auf eine Klausel in ihren AGBs und zeigte sich unkooperativ.
Für mich fühlt sich dies wie eine irreführende und betrügerische Praxis an.
Zudem bietet Nibble meiner Meinung nach wenig Wert für das investierte Geld.
Ich rate potenziellen Nutzern zur Vorsicht und empfehle, sich nach alternativen Apps umzusehen, die transparenter und kundenfreundlicher sind.
Would call this a data theft. Setting everything up revealing data from myself just to reach a paywall as a last step. Must be other way around!!

Im Grunde ist Nibble wirklich schön gemacht: alles schön designed und so, aber das hilft wirklich nicht, wenn man sie nicht kostenlos nutzen/testen kann. Jede einzelne ,,Lektion“ bringt einen nur zu einer Paywall..
Der Setup-Prozess ist außerdem 24 Fragen lang: warum? Meine App Ansicht sah genauso aus wie auf den Vorschaubildern.. Wofür die ganzen Fragen? Personalisierung? Von wegen!

They literally advertise their app as an alternative to instagram (which is for free) and then you have to pay to access all of the information. I’m sure the content is great, but paying for it takes all the fun out of the experience
Why would I pay money for learning content, when I can’t even get a tiny look into what I’d be learning. You literally only share the title of the course and 3-4 screenshots from courses other than the one I want to do. Seems sus.
An sich ist Nibble schön gestaltet und die Themen sprechen mich auch an, aber was ist dieses Zahlungsmodell, ich habe keine Lust ein Abo abzuschließen sobald ich Nibble installiere und möchte erstmal ein bisschen austesten ob mir Nibble überhaupt gefällt, das ganze ist so auf Abzocke aufgebaut, warum macht man nicht einfach eine gratis section und eine extra section mit mehr Funktionen und mehr Wissens Karten sodass man sich extra Features freischalten kann, aber auch ohne Kauf erstmal rein schnuppern kann. Wirklich enttäuschend wie sich Apps entwickelt haben.

Wird zwar als kostenfrei angeboten, in Nibble selbst muss man aber nachdem man 27 Fragen zu sich selbst beantwortet hat und ein Account erstellt hat bezahlen. Konzept hört sich gut an, wurde aber sehr schlecht umgesetzt!
Ich hab mir Nibble heruntergeladen in der Hoffnung mein Allgemeinwissen etwas erweitern zu können. Die Fragen am Anfang waren definitiv sehr vielversprechend doch als ich dann das erste Quiz starten wollte stand direkt „start free trial“ dort, das heißt ich hätte Nibble zwar 7 tage lang frei nutzen können, doch was bringt mir eine Woche um mein Wissen zu erweitern und neue Dinge zu lernen??
Und das Bezahlen gilt ja für jede Übung in Nibble, heißt sie ist zwar grundsätzlich kostenlos aber überhaupt nicht benutzbar wenn man sie kostenfrei nutzen will. Man hätte doch wenigstens einen Teil der Übungen
beziehungsweise Lernmethoden kostenfrei machen können.
Eine echte Enttäuschung Nibble!!

Liebes diese App Team,
ihr versucht euch als die Alternative zu Social Media darzustellen, dabei versteht ihr das generelle Grundkonzept nicht, was Social Media erst spaßig macht: Es ist frei zugängliche, dumme und spaßige Ablenkung.
Wenn Social Medias im Monat kosten würden, würden mindestens die hälfte der Nutzer diese Apps einfach nicht mehr benutzen.
Wenn ihr die Leute dazu bringen wollt lieber eure App statt Instagram oder Tik Tok zu benutzen, dann solltet ihr nicht die gesamte App hinter einem Preismodell verstecken, denn die Leute, die am meisten an Social Media Süchten leiden sind leider Kinder, die sich eure App einfach nicht leisten können und auch wenn ich kein Kind bin, kann ich mir bei meinem Fitnesssabo und sonstigen Abos die für mich wichtig sind, nicht auch noch eures bezahlen, da ich als alleinlebender Abiturient bereits wenig Geld habe.
Euer Konzept ist gut und ich bin kann mir vorstellen, dass Nibble auch gut aufgebaut ist usw, doch leider versteckt ihr eine potenzielle, Lernreichere Alternative zu Social Media hinter einer Paywall. Schade.

Man kann das Spiel nicht kostenlos spielen!‼️. Immer wenn man etwas lernen will, steht, dass man bezahlen muss. Zudem ist das noch nicht einmal personalisiert, weil man trotzdem alles machen kann. Die Fragen am Anfang waren also unnötig ‼️
In der Werbung wurde nichts von Kostenpflichtig gesagt und nach dem man eine 10 Minuten Umfrage ausgefüllt hat kommen Optionen für Abos…

Abzocke, Finger weg. Das Geld wird weiter abgebucht, obwohl man nur für einen Monaten gekauft hat. Inhaltlich schwach und nicht hilfreich.
Hab der Werbung eine Chance gegeben und wurde nach einer langen Umfrage zu einem Abonnement geleitet. Die Umfrage dient zur Kaufabwicklung.
Nibble kostet knapp 100€ im Jahr was viel zu viel ist ohne sie überhaupt einmal austesten zu können. Mit Werbung oder so könnt ihr das Geld reinholen und Nibble kostenfrei machen. Viel mehr Menschen werden Nibble nutzen wenn man nicht dringend zahlen muss.

Bei der Hälfte der Bilder wird mir angezeigt „This image was stolen by aliens.“, sodass es unmöglich ist, die Fragen zu beantworten. Ansonsten ist Nibble sicherlich eine tolle Idee, aber leider so nicht nutzbar.
Nibble ist das Geld nicht wert und das stornieren geht nicht in Nibble oder den Einstellungen sondern nur im Web.
I tried the trial version since it said I would be notified before the actual payment. I didn’t and I got billed. You guys should use emails I bet that if I had enabled push notifications I’d maybe get notified but I rarely do and getting money is important enough to use the email.
The app is cute and the content easily readable but 70 euro a year is A LOT for something that has so little content that is also hard to navigate. Some people may be into it though… but still please notify before the expiration!

ich dachte Nibble beinhaltet audiobooks über verschiedene themen…gibts leider nicht. Hab jetzt schon das jahresabo gekauft, schade dass ich es mir vorher nicht anschauen konnte, ohne gleich ein jahresabo für knapp 100€ danach zu haben. Das angebot für 35€ gabs leider nur ohne free trial
I wanted to try this app for free 5 days. It was said that app will notify me when I should end my subscription for not paying money for the whole year. And what do you think? No notifications on e-mail and app, I was trying to end subscription before it my free period ends and it was unreal, like absolutely. I think that the app is interesting but I am upset that they make money in such way. Disappointed and disrespected
Nibble ist nett, reicht mir für meinen fachlichen Anspruch aber dann doch nicht. Für etwas Jüngere sicher gut geeignet, allerdings muss man Englisch beherrschen. Absolut vorbildlich ist der Umgang mit dem Bezahlmodell und dem Probeabo. diese App stellt von selbst sicher, dass man nicht in die Abofalle tappen kann; so gut hat das noch kein Anbieter gelöst :)
Obwohl ich meinen Account direkt nach dem Kauf gekündigt hatte, wurde nach 3 Monaten wieder eine (deutlich höhere) Gebühr von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Der Kundenservice hat sich allerdings schnell um mein Anliegen gekümmert und nach einigem hin und her das Geld zurückerstattet. Danke!
Nibble an sich macht Spaß, auf Dauer fehlt mir jedoch die Zeit, sodass ich das Geld nicht investieren wollte.

I use this app while on the metro or waiting around for a few minutes. It’s a more productive way to pass the time than scrolling through social media and it’s interesting and informative.

when I first tried the app I cancelled my subscription and gave the feedback that I was disappointed of the depth of learning. That feedback was given way to early. By now I must say I love this app and how it brings history etc. to the user. I love to learn and this is an easy & fun way!
