i think the reaction feature is useless. i wrote my heart out asking for advice and all i got back were reactions. what am i supposed to do with these? also the "people helped" counter counts every letter i have read, even those i didnt reply to. i think it should only count the ones you reply to.

Just wanted to say that I deleted the app for now. I received 3 letters today regarding su*cide. Unfortunately, these weren't the first and I've only had the app for just under a week. I'm not a fan of censorship, but as a private person I can't mitigate these thoughts. I think it's nice to exchange ideas and to encourage others or to get difficult topics off your chest, but this topic is so complex and it almost seems wrong to me not to say anything about it, although above all I don't know the person and don’t know what will happen, if I say nothing. Don’t get me wrong, the idea is quit good and I had some wonderful moments and to give encouragement is a wonderful feeling. Just wanted to get rid of this because I think there might be another solution. See you in some month.

I really like this app. I can really relate to some of these texts. And when you reply it feels like you helped somebody. I just wish that we can delete a post. I’m not sure if we’re able to do that. Otherwise it’s an amazing app
