1 out of 10 deliveries will be delivered to the wrong address or you will get the wrong stuff. If you call customer care they cannot contact the store nor
the driver. They will over a callback asap which takes 1-2 days. Then they tell you that the system says it was delivered. It doesn’t matter how often you call, Carrefour does not rectify its mistakes nor does it reimburse the money on your card. They say that did but it never reaches your card. If you complain about that, the answer is ‘talk to your bank’. The only way to protect yourself of this is by paying on delivery … sad but true. It cost extra but it is like an insurance premium.

I ordered in the morning for 2-4pm paid by Apple Pay and I couldn’t text anywhere to leave my order infront of the door so i thought because it’s paid they will do it automatically (usual in Dubai) cause no where was a botten or something to text to leave the order infront of the door. Now I need to wait for one and a half hour more to get my order. Many items are sold out. Never in new update Delivery’s don’t have change. Ice cream, meat & fish deliver without ice cup or to keep it cold. Rist of salmonella 1/5 stars to carrefour app.

Delivery was always reliable but service dropped significantly since they made urgent deliveries free. Delivery is always late even though it should be delivered within 60 mins so I would only use it now if I don’t mind waiting a few days for the items. I have orders pending since 2 weeks that I have to call repeatedly to cancel. Very disappointing

I’m using this app in Kenya and I had already numerous problems with them.

- I was ordering waiting for over an hour then I get notification delivery failed even though I’m in the house and nobody’s calling so I had to re-order again and wait another one and a half hours

- receiving damaged items and do basically have to beg them to resend it which takes them two days to even send me new bread

I have ordered only twice and have seen enough to uninstall it and boycott carrefour.

The First ordered have never arrived.

The second was during summer I received melted cheese and tainted milk.

I submitted my order around 2:00 pm the app showed the arrival time between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, later in the day 9:00 PM I had to call the customer service they said we raised your complaint and the order is being prepared at 11:50 PM I called again they said that I would get it only next day!!!

Next morning I got called by the driver who woke me up at 9:00 AM to ask if I would be available then he came around 2:00 PM with warm milk bottle melted cheese.
I complained twice to customer service and no one seems to care.
I will never use this app again never do shopping at carrefour

It’s ok to wait 3 days and to get delivery time. But they don’t care about it. Frozen things what is staying more than 3 hours in the car will be melted of course. Same with chocolate or other staff. If they can’t deliver to the confirmed day and time, they will not inform you, I stead are you getting the message that it’s delivered. The next day you will get your order but prepared from the day before, nothing fresh, even the meat. Not all drivers are wearing mask. Items what I paid for was missing. Calls and sms complaining ignored.
I decided to drive by myself from now on.

I’m a regular at the Carefour Market in Marassi Galeria in Bahrain. It opened more than 6 months ago and still I can’t use the scan&go. When will that branch be added to the app?

The app frustrates me often. Each time it logs me off and now also the reusable bag offer is no longer visible.

Very poorly designed and confusion app particularly when checking out.

I had 2 prepaid orders by my Visa, 6 and 8 weeks ago. There were some out of stock items.
All together 380 LE.
12 calls to the hotline, 8 emails I have sent.
All emails ignored, hotline wrote “complaints” to the back office.
Everything ignored, nothing has been done.
The products clean, prices acceptable, service zero.

Difficult to find the items

I am not able to choose the delivery time.
The search is very difficult, either by name and also by category as some categories are over a thousand item

It is difficult to find the different products. The labels and descriptions of products are bad and insufficient

Even a product hasn’t the quality or wasn’t delivered the way it should- easy refunds! Great job MAF Carrefour!
