αλλά δεν γίνετε εφόσον μας πηγές την φραγή κίνησης στο δίμηνο και εφόσον δώσαμε λεφτά για δίκη σας κάρτα κ εφόσον θελουμε να ενεργοποιήσουμε το δικός σας πακέτο, να πρέπει να τραβάμε μια οδύσσεια για να ξανά ενεργοποιήσουμε την κάρτα μας. Δλδ εμείς αν τύχη κ είμαστε στο εξωτερικό κ περάσουν δυο μήνες κ εφόσον αγοράσαμε κάρτα σας, να περνούμε το αεροπλάνο ή να αγκαρευουμε φίλους κ γνωστούς να τρέχουν στα καταστήματα σας επειδή έγινε φραγή κ δεν μπορούμε να ενεργοποιήσουμε την εφαρμογή σας λόγο του ότι δεν λαμβάνουμε μηνύματα.
Το να γίνετε Login με ένα μαιλ κ έναν κωδικό δεν παίζει ε;

Έχω περίπου 5€ στο λογαριασμό και πακέτο με λεπτά προς όλους. Με κάθε κλήση μου στέλνει μήνυμα ότι δεν έχω υπόλοιπο. Απαράδεκτη αυτή η τρομοκρατία. Σπαμ χωρίς λόγο. Επίσης το Ίντερνετ έχει γίνει εξωφρενικά ακριβό.

Also large menu-items of the website are still not translated, so your "future plans" may be in the 50's of the next Century..?

No english version. Not usable for non greek speakers. Big fail for a telecommunications company, especially since users have pointed this out since years(!).

Horrible predatory app from a horrible telecoms company. What more is there to say? They steal your top up money and constantly harass you with SMS. Avoid at all costs.

This app is constantly eating my funds! I lost 11 Euro from yesterday to today, without having purchased anything. Today I am down to 22 from 30 Euro I topped up today! No explanation as to where the money goes! No statement! Nothing! Ok you said I should contact you, but I am lead to the diese App webpage which does not help. Anyways it is not you deducting funds, but ote, who is not declarative concerning services and what the charges are. Anyways as far as I know I am charged double, one for the package and two in excess for every MB I spend, which is not ok. Either I am charged for one or the other. Otherwise it makes this service terrible expensive, and not worth the while. New: My greek is not that good, but I chose two times unlimited data for a month, and expected to get three months of use. Neither did I get the October service nor the free month. This isn’t just a bug! It is never to your misfortune! I wrote an email to the service of cosmote, vanishing funds, and received zero answer. This app is nothing but a big ripoff! You are thieves.

Συνέχεια ζητάει να ξαναβάλεις τον αριθμό σου. Άλλες φορές δουλεύει, άλλες πάλι λέει ότι κάτι πήγε στραβά. Ιδιαίτερα σταθερή δεν είναι η εφαρμογή!

Everything in greek unacceptable in 2024
Then in cosmote you can have all numbers together if you have 2 prepaid numbers. Here only one? In the profile you see the other number but can not top up, have to delete reinstall and use other number
One is data one mobile, again in cosmote app there are both, but then you receive a sms and can not use it with the wrong number? Again 2024, cosmote app is English and can have more numbers

Very sad that Cosmote can't offer an English version. You wrote about changing this years ago, but it still hasn't happened. sad for the app developers. How is someone supposed to understand this as a non-Greek speaking person? because in Greece as a foreigner you have to have a Greek phone number for everything. I'll see if other providers offer something better.

English version would be amazing and easier to handle!

It would be very good, if the app could be switched in English language too.

Fair offer with powerful internet reception. The unlimited prepaid internet package is perfect for tourists who are only in Greece for a few weeks a year.
The only flaw with the app is that it's in Greek. If there was also a choice of English, everything would be perfect.
