What’s the point of this app if you can only read the messages you receive, but can’t reply? I always have to go on the diese App website to write back. Pretty pointless isn’t it?

I can only read messages. To send I have to use the browser. I get an error message that says the costs have been changed please refresh this page. Not sure how to fix this ?!
