Basics are missing

I can not open my calendar section without crashing the whole app.

Äußerst komplizierte Benutzeroberfläche.

If you park like you code you never get one in. Never seen such a faulty app.

1.) You find many different lists of announcements instead of all in one list. Poor

2.) You have a list of incoming notes in such a list, each showing date and time. But when you open one of the notes, nowhere you can see date and time anymore. Ridiculous

3.) When you forward all kinds of messages, notes and infos to your email, you can find a link at the end of such email for going back to CANVAS to adjust what messages you would receive. But there is no information which switch to change to stop specifically this kind of email that you just received. Annoying

Should I explain the above problems? Well, how about you read them several times? I have no hope with the programmers of this app. I am only using it because I have to.

Clicking on notification usually does not redirect me to the event that the notification belongs to. Instead, the app goes to the home screen and all notifications are deleted so that I loose the overview of current changes in assignments and other important information.

Also, professors often accidentally upload files as private files so that we often don’t have access early enough. The dialogue for uploading files seem to be confusing, because every professor made this mistake.

Die Inhalte zu den Kursen im Kursüberblick laden nur manchmal auf Anhieb. Ansogen muss man 20 rumklicken und neu laden, damit der Inhalt angezeigt wird.
Wenn ein Foliensatz offen ist, passiert es ständig, dass man auf Posteingang oder Aufgaben kommt, da diese idiotischerweise unten in CanvasStudent angebracht sind. Beim Schreiben darf man also die Handy nicht auflegen, da sonst wieder alles weg ist.

Can‘t press any buttons since the new IOS update

Ich benutze CanvasStudent für die Uni. An sich gefällt sie mir bis jetzt ganz gut, aber ich kann meine eigenen Beiträge bei Diskussionen nicht bearbeiten. Die drei Punkte dafür fehlen in CanvasStudent. Auf der Laptop-Version funktioniert dies problemlos.

It doesn’t show my “to do” list , it always says it empty when is not. Plus when I try to open an assignment from “notifications” it just s kicks me out and the app freezes

Erfüllt so ca seinen Zweck, aber es fehlt noch viel. Am sehnsüchtigen vermisse ich eine anständige Suchfunktion.

Good app but it would be nice if it was possible to change language from Swedish to English for international students.

I‘m very happy with it, just that when I open an announcement from the notifications on my iPhone it always opens up 2x in Canvas. It would be great if you could fix that bug!

Great App, it makes it easy to follow your assignments and course material without having to open Canvas in the browser every time. I also like the notifications of the app.
Compared to the normal canvas I am missing the what -if function in the grades section.

It's perfect for students to keep up and have smth available to check their grades, assignments and so on anywhere ! and it is even available in my language! ( German ) :)

I am using this app to accompany a course. Flawless, fast and reliable.
