.. eine einzige Katastrophe, nach Update ErstemBanking geht nichts mehr. Man kann sich nicht anmelden und man kommt nicht mehr an seine Daten. Eine einzige Katastrophe, und das für eine Bankapp!!!

ErstemBanking taugt überhaupt nicht. Kann mich nicht mehr anmelden, kann auf meine Konten nicht mehr zugreifen. Für Menschen, die in Deutschland wohnen und dann natürlich nicht einfach nach Kroatien reisen können, um die Probleme zu lösen, eine reine Katastrophe.
Seit dem Update funktioniert ErstemBanking überhaupt nicht mehr.

I went 3 times through the process and it still doesn’t work. The description of George app shows pics in English but the description is always croation. No information about timelines and max tries to sign in. No warnings before he last try. All in all it’s really uncomfortable.

Since the update in the First week of December 2019 the App is completely out of work.
Unfortunately I can not register my GER mobile Nummer within the account settings - it always appears wrong whatever combination I use, with or without country code...
Unfortunately the English version is not fully consistent, other languages are not available and any communication is in Croatian language only …
It’s sometimes really difficult to work with it.
The app is at present useless. I am unable to login and thus can’t use my account. App is up to date. Please fix this!
