Horrible app that does not work abroad and forget about getting a response

I bought the premium 6 month membership 3 weeks ago and it has not been a day since that the app has worked. I have entered my information multiple times and still to date it shows the profile empty but on the top bar it says 100% completed. I have been trying to reach the agent Rahul sharma for last 3 weeks for the same but his subordinate keep on telling me that he will call me please be patient. 3 weeks have passed no response till today.
Extremely hopeful providers. Please save your money and go to other matrimony sites. I have accepted that I have lost my money to Bharat matrimony scammer. I hope it doesn’t happen to you.
