We love Dubai and have visited many times, even investing now. This app is a great idea and we wish we had this in our current home country.
Our suggestions for improving the app, so that tourists can use it, especially if they have a rental car and are unfortunate in having an accident (not our fault). Please make the app so that
1. an international phone number can be put in (from the tourist) and also
2. an international drivers license number and country can be typed in.
3. an email address from the driver (Tourist) can be typed in.
4. an email address from the applicable rental car company can be typed in. This address should be given to the renter along with details from the rental car company about „what to do in case of an accident in UAE“ (I will be advising them this should be done as it was very unsettling to not know what is the correct procedure).
5. When the accident report is generated, it could then be sent by email to both the tourist and the rental car company, saving paper.
And in case of an accident on the way to airport, where time could be critical in catching a flight, this would certainly make things better for the tourist.
