Hallo, ich habe aufgrund einer Studienpause länger die App auf meine Android-Handy nicht mehr genutzt. Jetzt fragt die App ständig nach einer Berechtigung auf den Speicherzugriff, was ich bereits in den Einstellungen erteilt habe. Wenn ich also die Checkbox anklicke, öffnet sich ein Fenster mit folgenden Inhalt: --------------Bildschirm am Handy----------------- Android has removed AnkiDroid's WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission due to app inactivity. Your data is safe and can be restored. It is located at /storage/emulated/0/Ankidroid Select an option below to restore: Ordnerzugriff wiederherstellen (erfahren) -> wenn ich darauf klicke werde ich auf eine Seite von Github weitergeleitet die mich mit Informationen überströmt und ich einfach nicht weis was ich tun soll aus .colpkg-Backup wiederherstellen (erfahren) -> funktioniert nicht. Bei klick auf die Option schließt sich die App einfach Hilfe erhalten Neue Sammlung erstellen -> funktioniert auch nicht. Die App startet sich quasi neu und leitet mich wieder auf diesen Bildschirm. --------------Bildschirm am Handy----------------- Ich bin langsam am Verzweifeln und weis einfach nicht was eine effizienter Lösungsweg für dieses Problem ist.

Hallo, ich habe heute ein update auf meinen Mac für die AnkiFlashcards gemacht und beim installieren auf ersetzen gedrückt, jetzt funktioniert die App auf meinem Mac nicht mehr. Ich bekomme eine Fehlermeldung, dass der Mac das Programm nicht unterstützt. Ich dachte ich installiere die App dann mal neu, aber im App Store zu sehen. Was kann ich tun, damit es wieder auf dem Mac mit App funktioniert. Ich kann die Browerversion nutzen, mag aber lieber die App. Gruß Michaela

Habe die App gestern gekauft und einige Probleme mit der Synchronisierung gehabt. Auf meinem PC habe ich Karteikarten mit Videos hochgeladen, die dort auch super funktionieren. Bei der App funktionieren die Videos gar nicht. Ein Player wird zwar angezeigt, aber der Screen ist schwarz und die Länge der Datei ist 0 Sek. Sehr ärgerlich. Was kann ich tun damit die Video Dateien auch auf meinem Handy funktionieren?

Hallo, ich habe seit längerem das Problem, dass Anki meine gelernten Stapel nicht aktualisiert, also nicht registriert. Da steht also auch bei gelernten Stapeln eine 0, obwohl ich diesen Stapel nicht nochmal lernen kann, weil da sonst steht "Herzlichen Glückwunsch, sie haben diesen Stapel vorerst geschafft". Ich sollte erwähnen ich bin auf zwei Geräten angemeldet.

Hallo Zusammen, meine Zeitplanung funktioniert nicht mehr. Als Intervalle habe ich "5m-8h-1d" eingestellt. Als Option wird nun "<8h" angezeigt und die Karte sofort wiederholt. Letztes Mal habe ich alle Karten neu erstellt, dieses Mal würde ich dies gerne vermeiden. Vielen Dank im Voraus!

Hallo :) Leider kann ich meine Daten nicht bei Anki synchronisieren. Es erscheint immer dieses Feld. Habe beides schon ausprobiert aber ohne Erfolg Bitte benutzen Sie die Funktion „Datenbank überprüfen“ und synchronisieren Sie anschließend. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, dann erzwingen Sie bitte eine vollständige Sychronisation in den Einstellungen. Ich hoffe sie können mir weiterhelfen! Liebe Grüße

Hallo Zusammen, leider kann ich nicht mehr synchronisieren - er zeigt mir das seit ca 1h: Ich weis nciht was ich tun soll. --------------------------- Anki --------------------------- AnkiWeb encountered a problem. Please try again in a few minutes. --------------------------- Es tut sich leider nichts an der Synchronisation. Nutze die App für meine Prüfungen in 1 Monat und bin drauf angewiesen.
