Realy Good content for Rehab&Prehab, less content for kettlebell (but the Name is prehabguys so it’s okay) but waaaay too expansive. For 60€ i can get a fitness membership with 4 Personal trainings/year.

This app has a great variety of exercise programs and is easy to use. The workouts are easy to follow and very well explained. I love the educational approach so the user understands what to do and why.
