18.3.24/Textnachrichten stundenlang verspätet, Anrufe brechen nach Annahme sofort ab. Links funktionieren nicht! ISP Internetzugangsprovider Deutsche Telekom.

Nachdem SimpleXChat gelöscht und neu geladen wurde, lässt sie sich nicht mehr öffnen …es kommt nur die Anzeige „SimpleXChat wird geöffnet“ aber es passiert Nix

Aber: Automatisches Backup fehlt. Profilbild ist verschwommen.

Alternative zu den big Tech Playern

Mich würde mal interessieren ,wie man beim Handywechsel oder Neuinstallation den Schlüssel importieren kann.Muss immer ein komplett neuen Account erstellen.

So weit so gut

SimpleXChat fehlen leider noch einige Funktionen… ich würde gerne Unterordner für Chats erstellen können um meine Gruppen und Kontakte zu sortieren.
Außerdem wären überarbeitet Gruppenfunktionen nicht schlecht.
Im gesamten aber trotzdem eine super Alternative.

Sehr guter Messanger

Simplex funktioniert einwandfrei, auch mit eigenen Servern und ist dazu noch "sicher"

Funktioniert richtig gut und man muss sich kaum umgewöhnen.

Cool messenger for people who want to have private and anonymous conversations without having a central instance! Works reliably with state-of-the-art features, found no bugs so far. UI is intuitive and easy to handle. Guess this will be my default messenger in future!

Nice, lean appearance, various useful functions, good and stabil performance

Interessanter Messenger ohne identifier

Noch etwas viele bugs aber interessantes Konzept. Für jeden Kontakt wird ein neuer kontaktname erstellt. So kann man mit diversen Leuten schreiben ohne dass diese rausfinden können, dass sie mit der selben Person schreiben

Full privacy of your identity, profile, contacts and metadata: unlike any other existing messaging platform, SimpleX uses no phone numbers or any other identifiers assigned to the users - not even random numbers.

Full ownership, control and security of your data: SimpleX stores all user data on client devices, the messages are only held temporarily on SimpleX relay servers until they are received.

All messages are end-to-end encrypted using open-source double-ratchet protocol; the messages are routed via our servers using open-source SimpleX Messaging Protocol.

Complete protection against spam and abuse: as you have no identifier on SimpleX platform, you cannot be contacted unless you share a one-time invitation link or an optional temporary user address.

Decentralized network: you can use SimpleX with your own servers and still communicate with people using the servers that are pre-configured in the apps or any other SimpleX servers.
