Worst user experience you can imagine.
The issue is not only the app itself but also the web experience. diese App is as slow as if you use a 56k modem more than 20 years ago. You are unable to have an overview of your monthly roster. Even though the old duty sheet was not a beauty it gave you all required information at a glance. It‘s a shame that this UI made it through the Apple Developer Guidelines. Export of the flights to personal Apple Calendar also does not work.

How can it be that you get a web search result of billions of entries in under a second and this app needs almost a minute to load a couple of flights?

Please immediately offer different types of roster presentation and allow the user to use the old classic view including offline presentation without 100 years of loading time.

Even one star is an overrating for this app.

This new diese App application is just awful. Not intuitive. Higher upload times. Made by IT for IT , not for Pilots. No one wanted this update , which rather is a downdate.
Search for flights is bad. No times displayed to find the right one. No trip details anymore. Overview of month is just a joke.
But , hey we know how many times we fly around the globe. Who cares.
And IT guy knows where the destination is now . We knew it anyway. How great it is to have the distance in miles?? Yes for the developer it might be nice.
Not made for users. Even one star is too much.

I totally don`t get it, why my company is using this incredibly lousy app for rostering.
It`s slow, full of bugs and user unfriendly.

Changed a good working app into absolut useless app.

It is embarrassing that this diese App app was
released before more tests had been done.

I can't even see my Personal Crew Scheduling
Report (error message) :-(
And I fear that I miss checking times because it
is so not clear where and when a flight takes
place.

Also the monthly overview is a disaster.

Calendar import with All duties selected, do not import day OFFs. Calendar import with Exclude All Day OFF, import the same as above but with the times in UTC, not your calendar time !!! Otherwise 5.5.23 is much faster than the older one. Still typo error in Settings “Add new Caledar”…
Additionally, when I select show all departure from, when I come back in the filter, I get all arrival from. Why can’t it be the same ?

The latest revision of the app made it unuseable, again!!!

This App is close to unusable. It‘s not intuitive at all, lacking the overview of what you really need to know (your roster). Furthermore if you follow the link to E-Crew Portal for the Preferential Bidding System at least on a mobile phone all the different entry windows blocking each other and are so small that it is impossible to make an entry.

The link to the data protection policy for „AIMS of America“ doesn‘t work.

If pilots would fly the way this App was designed people on the ground should start wearing helmets all the time.

Poorly designed app which is not helpful at all.

Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states; “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.” - That‘s why this app should be taken offline from the appstore.

I don’t understand how airlines choose to use this app. Bad design, constant errors, not user friendly at all. Its a shame, since the old diese App is was very good.

No calendar import possible anymore under ios17. This app doesn’t get better over time, even though I thought it is not possible to get worse…

Far too confusing and time-consuming for the daily requirements (destination, crew, times).
Hardly usable offline (i.e. in the aircraft).

AIMS access via other apps is simply much easier, better designed and tailored to the crew's requirements.

Unfortunately forced to use this app. Totally useless, only works online, if it works it is too slow. The duty sheet is confusing, it has two different icons with different settings. For biddings you can’t quickly go to next roster period, just user unfriendly

I have used iAIMS for many years and what made it the best experience is the calendar format. With one look one knew the roster overview for the whole month.
diese App App is far below that standard. Overview with dates and times is not nicely presented, lacking the big picture.
I would absolutely not recommend this App.

The app is, in comparison to iAIMS, very user unfriendly. It doesn’t give a good overview, neither for the month, the week or day…not even for your day trip.
In other applications you get many information in one view without clicking, scrolling, checking etc …. Not recommendable at all, sorry!!!

If I wasn’t forced by my company to use this app exclusively, it wouldn’t last more than a minute on my phone! Horribly slow, defaulting to whatever date it feels like, no monthly overview, frequent error messages with calendar upload, etc. etc. etc..
Are you serious to roll out an app like that in 2023???

Definitely the worst app I have come across in my career. No proper offline version, functionality questionable, overall user experience just bad, sorry to say.
Please refer to other apps on the market, that are at least able to provide you with a proper landscape mode of your current roster in a 31 day time frame (iAims anyone?).
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Unfortunately this app is a huge step back from simple iAIMS. It used to be a download of a few KB, looking at it you had a complete overview about the roster period with a glance. Now it’s a bigger download, not user-friendly when offline and - the worst - hard to read. No chance anymore to oversee the month, see where off days and layover days are, but instead an orgy of scrolling with a calendar on a device next to it in order to make any plans.
Colorful graphics and red lines in front of a map looks fancy, but it isn’t. Every flightdeck designer would get fired for designing an instrument panel like that for safety reasons. Here the worst which could happen is missing a flight - but still, there was a working solution. At least an option to download the „raw data“ roster should be given.

This app can do a lot, but it also has a lot of room for improvement. Almost every time I want to use it, it has to load for a long time.
This could happen in the background and the status quo would appear immediately. This is particularly annoying if you want to use the app in offline mode. Even then, it takes a really long time to load until it realizes that it can't load at all.

Dear development team, please try to correct this.
