I am a veteran living in Germany and I downloaded this app hoping to continue my application over the app. Unfortunately it is not possible and trying to do it over Safari or Google is impossible. I can open my saved application but it does not let me continue. Please add adding a claim to the app and also update the diese App.gov to work with iOS devices better. Everything on my devices is up to date but the diese App.gov website always says my devices or browser is not compatible/up to date. Please resolve these issues and I will happily raise my rating for the app from only 1 star but until it’s resolved that’s where it will stay
I can’t even register myself in the app, because I live in Germany and you can’t put an address in from out of the country.
I am also a disabled Veteran in Germany and can not access the app or the website anymore. Terrible.
