Scammers. Stay away from them!!! Zero stars from me!!!
I did not receive 7 orders to Germany. I ordered everything from their online shop. Klarna payment service is handling it. The total value of all 7 purchases is €360.80!!! They gave me a tracking number where both the sender and recipient are in France. I'm from Germany!!! This is the tracking number: 6A48782119312 (Colissimo).
A friend of mine is also missing around €142!!! She did not receive 2 orders from them and didn't get a shipping confirmation.
So, basically 9 orders that I know of never made it to Germany.
Long Version:
All were pre-orders (1 copy of Frieren 12 Collector's Edition, 9 copies of Apothecary Diaries Collector's Edition 13, and 3 copies of Berserk Collector's Edition) made by me. It was a group order for me and my friends, not for resale. I thought I would receive everything together with the last pre-order of Berserk Collector's Edition 42. They offer free shipping for orders over €50, so I thought they would ship everything together and I waited. I did not receive any shipping confirmation for anything!! I was completely ghosted by Bazar du Manga. I only received one second-hand order delivered to Germany, which led me to believe they were legit since they were so active on social media, so I made the pre-orders for myself and my friends and recommended Bazar du Manga. I was completely ghosted for my 7 orders. No shipping confirmation was received.
Only after I commented on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook did they finally respond. They blocked me on Twitter first, deleted my comment on Facebook, and finally responded to my Facebook chat and answered my email. I wrote to both the shop’s email address and the online shop’s address. I received a fake tracking number mentioned above (of course, their image and PDF showed my German address), which could easily be fabricated.
Supposedly, I received a 13 kg package in July. Nope, my address is in Germany. The package was delivered in France, with both sender and recipient of the tracking being in France. I reported all of this to Bazar du Manga. I received confirmation from Collissimo, both via email and phone, that I am not the recipient of the mentioned tracking number. I forwarded this information to Bazar du Manga as well. The last email from Bazar du Manga said I should not insult them (fake tracking number fraud—what else can it be when you don’t get goods or money by definition and treat customers this way), not threaten them (I threatened to contact the police, consumer protection associations, and Klarna), and not harass them (apparently contacting them is harassment when you’re being ghosted). Oh, and if I make all of this public, they will sue me for defamation. They also complained that I bought too much and took too many free items (we already clarified this in the email before the problem). Well, in that case, cancel my order and refund my money in the same payment method.
A friend of mine also placed 2 orders with them, worth around €142!!! She didn’t even receive a tracking number. She is not seeing her money either. Both purchases were paid via Klarna payment service, and both are reported as problem cases.
All 7 payments have been reported as problem cases with Klarna payment service. Police reports have been filed in both France and Germany. Consumer protection associations in France and Germany will also be contacted tomorrow, Saturday. I have compiled all communication and evidence into a PDF. My friend is doing the same.
