I send money for emergency purposes and it’s taking more than 2 days to delivery till date nothing. And all they can say is :“ Your transfer is unfortunately still pending on our partner's end and we are still following up on it. In such a case, we are unable to either reverse or refund the transfer.
And even in the event that the transaction is reversed, it will take some time for it to be fully reflected in your account. Refunds are usually posted within 3 - 5 business days but, in rare cases, it can take up to 28 business days.
This depends on the type of payment method that you used and your bank's relationship with our debit card processor.”
