Hallo Ich habe ein Fathom e+2 2019 gekauft mit Ride Control One und die app sagt mir ich muss die Software updaten. Update bricht bei 0% ab. Mit einem anderen Rad funktioniert die App und die Verbindung, dort habe ich das Update hinbekommen. (Habe Android) Die app sagt: "3-5 Update verfügbar für RideControl Modul". Und unten steht in klein: "Update verfügbar für: 4-5 RideControl module" Hat jemand einen Lösungsansatz? Danke und Gruss Jochen

Hallo, wenn ich mit der Giant Ride app fahre, bekomme ich den Syncdrive Warning Fehler. Ohne App läuft min Giant Fathom E+2. Kennt jemand den Fehler?

Ich benutze sie auf Android 11 mit allen Zugriffsrechten und sie ist korrekt verbunden. Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit nach Start wird nicht angezeigt. Alle anderen Funktionen sind da, z. B. Akkustand u. s. w. MfG Manredo Ernesto
