Tja, es ist so simpel, dass man nicht mal die Protokolle anpassen kann. Weshalb über Kabel (Unitymedia/Vodafone) die Verbindung nicht zustande kommt.
Über Mobilfunk klappt es.
Support is really bad and the app doesn’t recognize my active subscription.
EDIT: I tried to contact support via chat and email multiple times (about 10 times) in the last year. The support never helped. I was treated like an idiot because they didn’t want to accept that it’s a technical error and not my fault. It also happened multiple times that they just didn’t respond at all despite telling me to do so.
CONCLUSION: As long as there’s no problem you’re good, but if there is you can’t count on the support. I wasted 100€.
