Okay so first of all, I‘m looking forward to their content like the concert and the Area 51 stuff and so on, I really like that. But next to the fact I couldn’t even open the app yet because first the server was down, now it’s on maintenance I only heard about some of the features. So you‘ll have an AI talk to you in the idols voice and the fan can choose the mood of the call?? And there’s the flirty option? So you just...let minor idols be abused like that? I know it’s not them personally but it‘s still their voices and grown up men will definitely try to use their voices and what they say for weird things. Same for minor male idols by the way. Please at least remove the flirty option, you‘re only making things weirder and weirder. I‘m here to enjoy their content and music and not take their personalities apart.

I bought the option with a ticket. The money is gone, but in the app it is not available paid ticket. Customer service is not available because none of the specified options load. Insolence. Money is gone.

I can not vote for Girls Planet 999 because the app always exists when i try to do so. aside, i just opened it two times and my phones battery went from 62% to 40% which isn't normal if i consider that i was on the app for like 3 minutes in total. fix this.

The app always shuts down whenever I open it! It just kicks me back to my phone home screen, fix it please then 5 stars!

I can't even get inside the app I always have to re-download it in order to open ugh.

This app shouldn’t have been created in the first place. Too many bugs, errors, load times for everything, very complicated, app design is very basic.
Just make the Private message app Internationally available 👎🏼

The app logged me out randomly and when I logged in I had to verify my number again but they said it was already verified

I bought the membership because I wanted to watch monsta x Area 51 but the videos don’t even load for me. I also heard that they have no subtitles

Whenever I login an error message appears, whatever I do it appears and I can’t t get in! Please fix.

I got the concert invitation, but when I open the link, it only takes me to the App Store (Apple), even though I‘ve already been using the app since launch. I can‘t figure out how to activate my invitation

Ich kann UNIVERSE nicht mehr starten, immer wenn ich sie starten will, dann werde ich direkt wieder auf mein Home Bildschirm geworfen, aber ansonsten ist UNIVERSE super
