Ich bin leider nicht der begabteste in der englischen Sprache.
Ich habe bereits angegeben, dass ich aus Deutschland bin. Allerdings stellt sich BlockFi nicht automatisch um, was mein erstes negatives Kriterium ist.
Zudem kann ich die Spracheinstellungen nicht finden.
Somit ist kann ich hier keine gute Bewertung hinterlassen.

Ich probiere seit 24 Stunden meine Coins in ein anderes wallet zu transferieren da ich diese verkaufen wollte.
Um dies zu tun muss ich einen Verifzierungscode eingeben der an meine Email gesendet werden soll.
Der Code kommt nie an...
Nach vielem hin und her mit dem Support wird mir irgendwann gesagt dass das Problem meine Emailadresse mit .de ist. Anscheinend kommen die Codes bei vielen .de Adressen nicht an. Ich soll bitte meine hinterlegte Emailadresse in eine mit .com ändern.
Seine Email zu ändern dauert allerdings 1-2 Tage weil man einen längeren Prozess mit einer Bestätigung seiner Identität über Video + Personalausweis anstoßen muss.
Aufgrund der Schwankungen im Markt habe ich nun bereits wegen diesem nicht funktionalen Prozess ~5% meines Wertes der Coins verloren...
Fazit:
Die Zinsen sind super, ans Geld wieder dranzukommen dafür umso schwerer...

Ich habe BlockFi geladen und sie soll in 30 Sprachen verfügbar sein, nur öffnet BlockFi sich nur auf englisch und es ist nichts zu finden um diese umzustellen. Finde ich als Anwender sehr schade, wo ist das Problem ?

All in all good app, but touch id is not working properly.
Everytime i close the app, i have to login with mail & pw since the touch ID is resetting itself everytime.
Please fix this.

A app should be more convenient then a website. What is the point in using an app if it logs you out as fast as the mobile web page?
Besides the logout topic the app is ok.
