Einfach nur schlecht. Scheitert schon bei der Eingabe der Telefonnummer. Ich habe es auf 4 verschiedene Geräte probiert. Keinen einzigen Stern. Aber zum senden meiner Kommentare musste dich auf einen Stern drücken

Leider geht hier gar nichts , im Land ist es nicht besser . Ich bin dreifach geimpft und habe negativen pcr Test , aber ohne nicht funktionierende Al hozn App kommst du nirgends hinein!! Meine Empfehlung: besser momentan die UAE meiden!!

Zum registrieren benötigt man eine UAE Handynummer 😂. Wie soll man so eine haben, wenn man noch mal im Land ist ?

We were so happy finally traveling to the UAE but not anymore.
Do not travel to the UAE and save your money.
We spent so much money for this trip and cannot do anything.
It started on the first day where we simply wanted to take lunch at our hotel and we couldn’t because of the alhosan app. All our documents are right and the app says they are not . We sacrificed 3 days of our 10 day vacation so far and we only spent more and more money to fix the problem and it keeps getting worse. We honestly do not want to stay anymore if we cannot find a solution and for now we wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting the UAE .
We are so disappointed….

This is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded.

Beside the fact that this app is crap there is no support at all. Neither via hotline nor via eMail available. Email is over quota.

Took us a half day by visiting German consulate to receive Information that travelling and public movements/participation on events works with PCR certificate at most places. Expo accept any kind of testing evidence.

Would have expect more but they finally adopted the malfunctioning of this app.

I follow all rules and regulations. However, the app isn’t working. My family spent so much money to visit me here in Abu Dhabi and I can’t be with them as the app shows gray. Every week I get tested and still it’s grey. The dates of tests are mentioned below, showing all my weekly tests but the people in the hotel do not care about that. I tried to callAl Hosn help desk but no one ever answered the phone.

I sunmitted al data before travel and got confirmation that upload was successful and data are valid. But when we arrived in Dubai, Al Hosn app didn’t dislay anything. I was in contact with ICA every single day of our two week vacation. Their staff seems to be incapable of all action. What a waste of time and very disappointing!

this is a hot mess, wanted to visit some places in UAE but this app is impossible to navigate as a tourist. one would think this kind of stuff works better in a monarchy than in the western democracies but seesh. i’ve been trying to get this to work for 3 hours and now i don’t want to live anymore. For tourists or non permanent residents in fact useless.
Worst coding I‘ve ever seen.
Not able to register German cellphone or to register when u r already in the UAE.
We are in Dubai since couple of days and wanna travel to AbuDhabi.
Not able to select date of arrival in Dubai.
If you got „registered“ the given ID on your passport does not match with your registered Cellphone. So in fact non permanent residents are not able to visit A.D. right now.

Highly complicated and impracticable.
e.g. It asks you for take a photo and then it rejects the file size!
I could never finish this app!
Why are they not simply copying applications from europe ot us where this is working easily

The all isn’t working and updating vaccination details from abroad even when approval has been received! No one can give an answer or resolve this issue!!! Worst app and worst support ever!!

Hallo ihr lieben, folgendes Problem wird euch ereilen.
Bei der Dateneingabe ist eine Handynummer Pflicht! Deutsche Nummern werden nicht anerkannt. Hier müsst ihr einfach irgendwelche Zahlen eingeben, bis das ganze grün erscheint. Keine Aufregung, manchmal dauert es einen Moment und probiert mal alles aus. Wichtig ist eure Mail Adresse! Darüber bekommt ihr den QR CODE ! Ohne Qr Code kein Check In am Flughafen.

If you are a tourist you need to register at ICA before arrival. Don’t worry that you are maybe not able to insert your complete mobile number. It doesn‘t matter in the end. When you arrive you need to ask the immigration officer to give you a personal Unified ID number and you will also get a free SIM card there. The AlHosn App doesn’t work with foreign mobile numbers in the moment, so you need to put in the SIM you got from the immigration officer and register with this local number and the unified ID at the AlHosn App. The App gets your whole information from ICA via your passport number (e.g. your vaccination status which you uploaded before at the ICA registration). When you arrive at the airport you will have to do a free PCR test (result in short time, maybe some hours) and then you have all ready for the green pass.

You just need to know to ask the immigration officer for the unified ID and the local SIM. If you need help you can go to Taheel. They can help you. So it worked for us. We hope this will help others! :)

Oct 2021: If you’re not from UAE but you intend to travel to Abu Dhabi at any point in your trip, do yourself a favor and get registered well ahead of your time of travel. Do the legwork while you’re still at home, including registering with an international number. BUT, as soon as you arrive in the UAE, make sure you are given your “Unified ID Number” at the airport from the Immigration official and get a local SIM card and change your phone number in AlHosn to that local number. You might still have difficulties but don’t give up. Persevere and—especially if you travel to Abu Dhabi—you’ll be very glad you did.

If you’re a tourist forget about it! It’s mostly not working and if you can log in you’re still grey because your vaccinations are not shown on the app. So you’re not allowed to partake in the public life! That’s very frustrating if you come to visit Abu Dhabi.
