Bug in filtering attribute

Hello Picky, I used to love this app so much and would open this app everyday to find some new products that i would love to try in the future. The one feature that made me loyal to this app was its filtering feature. From this app i can use it to filter out products that have multiple attributes based on my concerns. Right now, it seems like this feature doesnt work anymore. When i selected multiple attribute, the products that will show up are the products that have these attributes but not combined. For example if i want to look for products that have non comedogenic, fragrance free and fungal acne safe, the app will show me several products that have one of these attributes instead of showing products that have the COMBINED attributes. I already wrote this review almost a year ago and its still hasnt been fixed. Thank you :)

I haven’t been able to connect my socials OR delete my account on this app for a long time. There is an error connecting my socials and no reaction when I try to delete my account. I fulfilled all the rules connecting my socials, it still doesn’t work. I wrote several letters to support and received no answer. This is a vicious circle. And the fact that there is no desktop version makes it even more odd. Super clumsy app with helpless support.

I love that more and more people look more into what they put on their skin. This app is a good start BUT there are many ingredients that are declared as low risk that are not good for your skin and have high potential of irritation you skin or have a negative impact on your cells or the environment. I think this should be looked into more. Because of this I can not rely on the ratings for the products and have to double check with other platforms. But the fact that they rate it for your skin type is really helpful!
