Achtung! Probleme mit Kündigung des Abos

Ich habe ein Test Abo abgeschlossen und wollte es nach wenigen Tagen wieder kündigen. In InnerDimension bei persönlichen Einstellung gibt es KEINE Möglichkeit zu kündigen! Habe E-Mail geschrieben und habe eine Kündigungsbestätigung bekommen. Trotz kostenloser Testwoche, in der ich gekündigt habe, wurde mir trotzdem nach Ablauf der Woche der Betrag abgebucht. Ob auch weiterhin versucht wird, abzubuchen, wird sich zeigen, denn trotz der Kündigungsbestätigung ist mein Account in InnerDimension immer noch auf aktiv gesetzt.

Where is the usability?

The content the Plattform provides is great without a question. The app itself is the problem. The usability for tablet is really bad - everything is too big - thumbnails, font, controls, etc. it seems it was made for a phone and there is no tablet version. In order to see more - details, description, everytime scrolling is needed, even to start a workout scrolling is needed because of the huge thumbnail. And in order to go back you need to scroll back up, because the controls are within the scrolling. In the player there are the 10 seconds back/forward controls. But in order to use them the video must be paused. It is not possible to scroll forward the video while playing. It is not possible to have an overview of the courses and the course details. The previous version was much better in this regard. Unfortunately the browser version is the same. Dear engineers and product managers, please fix this stuff. I know you can do better. Three stars just because of the great content the instructors are providing.
