Bin gerade auf einem 8 Tage streak

Dank diese App meditiere ich jetzt freiwillig 2 bis 3 mal am Tag und ich spüre jetzt schon dass ich mich besser fühle. Ich plane 365 Tage ohne einen verpassten Tag zu schaffen! Es hilft mir mehr wie Adonis zu werden 🙂 Ich empfehle jeden auch ein Fünfer oder mehr zu Spenden. Denn alles in der App ist zu 100% kostenlos und frei von Werbung.

Wer kein Problem mit Englisch hat, dem kann ich diese App nur empfehlen. Eine sehr angenehmer Stimme führt in die Technik der Meditation ein. Es wird vieles erklärt, was einem als Laie anfangs an Fragen kommt. Und in kleinen Sessions zu Beginn kommt man sehr schnell sehr weit. Big thanks to the the whole team! Much appreciated.

Absolut toll

Ich benutz diese App jetzt seit 2 Wochen. Ich bin aufmerksamer im Alltag und nehme meinen Körper viel besser war. In Kombination mit einen Dopamine Detox (wen es interessiert, der kann sich das mal im Internet angucken) ist das wirklich super. Ich kann mich besser fokussieren und kann viel mehr Dinge auffassen, als noch vor 14 Tagen. Dazu ist alles in dieser App komplett kostenlos. Wirklich absolut Hammer!
