Unfortuantely, disappointing. I started ordering for my housebound mother about 3 months ago. At first she was so happy with the quality of the food. She really enjoyed it and praised them. A few weeks ago it changed. They kept sending the wrong dishes and when she called they said that it was her fault. My mother doesn't have a computer, but uses the paperlist and crosses what she wants and she keeps copy of that. I also saw once that the computer showed a soup as her choice. I've known her my whole life not eating soup. She also later said that she didn't order. Dishes started coming without sauce, so that the veggies were sort of dry. So, I gave 5 days notice to cancel. She received completely different food for 4 days, bad quality, and nothing on the 5th. When she called she was told that she wouldn't get anything that day (Friday aug 29th. And I specifically wrote to bring the last dish on Fri, 29th. They confirmed). So, my housebound 94 y.o. mother was left without food that day. I don't live in Germany, so, I couldn't help. Fortunately, she had some things in the fridge.
