When setting up the app it only allows for phone numbers from 5 countries. Even though you want to use diese App in one of these countries doesn’t necessarily mean you have a local mobile phone number. Would be great if you could expand the phone numbers allowed

I'm currently living in sweden and use diese App a lot. But i can't use the app, because i have to enter my phone number to get verified but it only accepts danish, swedish, finnish, belgian and dutch phone numbers. Weird

The app only allows to sign up with phone numbers from 5 countries. So if you live in Sweden with a foreign phone number there is no way you can pick up your order. What narrow-minded oversight in a country with so many expats and immigrants.

I can‘t track my order because I have a german phonenumber, there is no way to contact the support which makes the service basically useless.

only Dutch, Belgium, finnland, danish phone numbers aere supported by registration. That’s a nogo, most of EU member cant use the app. In times where roaming exists it’s impossible that the app is limited to a few country codes.

… & with a confusing app and 1000 useless notifications.

I live in the netherlands but have a german phone number. As you only offer limited options for sending the verification code for the app i am unable to use it and to check my retoure.

Jeg tror, tjenesten er meget god, men desværre er den kun tilgængelig hvis du enten bor i Finland, Sverige, Danmark eller Holland. Ville elske at bruge appen også i Tyskland. Kunne i finde ud af det eller findes der ikke en mulighed?
