Wonderful App with quite bothering Bugs unfortunately

A friend of mine recommended this to me. It‘s a truly amazing app that can help you very well to cope with your negative beliefs, thoughts and emotions. The concept is rounded too with well structured learning paths that you follow through for a few weeks as well as different forms of journaling and short breakout sessions that you can pick anytime you feel like it. Nonetheless there are still a few bugs on iOS which can really bother the experience. So sometimes you have to redo sessions bc the app doesn’t recognise that you already did them. This can be really annoying bc you have to retype everything again as good as you can remember. Also my past logs, which you should actually be able to reread anytime, are mostly empty. I hope the technical team is able to fox the mentioned issues asap, bc I think those are crucial for the learning process with this beautiful app.

Did not even work on my phone

A friend of mine told me about this app and how amazing it is. The problem is, that it doesn’t even work on my phone. Therefore, I tried several things in order to make it work. But it doesn’t even open. I have the IPhone 11 Pro Max, maybe there is a bug regarding my version in specific?

Just basics

Don’t expect big changes using this little tool. It might help becoming aware of certain patterns but that’s all. The knowledge is really basic. The feel of the app is nice. But they could really have used some proofreading. Full of typos ;)
